• 7:00pm - Board Visioning Activity

• 9:00pm - Wrap up/Cabin Activities (Fire pit, games, & more!)

Saturday Nov 15th:

• 9:00am - Breakfast

• 10:00am - 1:00pm - Morning Session (2025 Reflections & Goal setting)

• 1:00pm - Lunch Break

• 2:00pm - 6:00pm - Afternoon Session (2026 Action Plan)

• 6:00pm - Dinner/Evening Cabin Activities

Sunday Nov 16th:

• 9:00am - Breakfast

• 10:00am - 1:00pm - Morning Session (Recap & establish 2026 Calendar)
