NOMA|nw 2024-2025 Programs & Initiatives
- Member Engagement - Foster a sense of community for NOMA members that encourages a culture of continued growth, engagement, and connectivity 
 - Partner with allied organizations to provide opportunities for professional development 
 - Provide opportunities for mentorship and leadership development 
 - Elevate the successes and initiatives of members on a public platform 
 
- Student Outreach - Increase support for NOMAS Chapter(s) throughout the academic school year 
 - Provide continued financial support to students through the NOMA|nw Scholarship Fund 
 - Support NOMAS chapter(s) to attend and participate in the NOMA National Student Design Competition 
 - Provide opportunities for students to engage with members within the Professional Chapter 
 
- Community Outreach - Grow our annual Project Pipeline Summer Camp 
 - Continue our annual participation in the Seattle Design Festival 
 - Facilitate quarterly volunteer opportunities that serve the community at-large 
 - Facilitate intentional partnerships with local organizations that serve BIPOC communities
